Siebel Engineer

Seeking a skilled Siebel Engineer to join a high-impact, business-led transformation program. This is a unique opportunity to shape the data transformation of a once-in-a-generation project, simplifying complex systems and enhancing the experience for both customers and staff within a dynamic team environment.

What You Will Do:

• Apply deep systems expertise to inform architecture and solution design, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Provide technical and domain consultation across the wider IT community to enhance system robustness.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers to contribute to accurate cost estimates.

• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications.

• Ensure all development and maintenance activities adhere to regulatory obligations and company standards.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 7+ years of experience in systems development.

• Hands-on technical expertise with Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM) and Informatica.

• A proven track record and strong background in complex systems integration.

• Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical specialism or programming language.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems within a fast-paced environment.
